Asian Max was founded in 2001 and owned by Khaek. His vision was to bring customers a splendid assortment of cultural delights from across Asia served in just one restaurant location. During his career as a cooking chef Khaek created and perfected the recipes used exclusively at Asian Max. These recipes represent and “fuse” flavors from China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
